crystal sugar is manufactured completely in accordance with the conventional production processes, such as cooking saccharide under normal pressure, and natural crystallization. With natural temperature lowering and long crystallization time, and crystals being formed through natural affinity of saccharide molecules, such production processes can produce crystals with higher density than those from rapidly formed under common negative pressure. Due to poly-crystals and various shapes, such crystals are ice-flowery crystals, similar to shapes of natural lava, with an impression of natural formation. During production, no pigment is added. Thus, its colors are produced under physical conditions during production processes, either sparkling and clear--white crystal sugar, or yellow-jade-like--yellow crystal sugar, or amber-like--amber crystal sugar, to produce series crystal sugar products.
